Steps for shredded milk tofu

First, cut the milk tofu into evenly sized cubes. Be sure to buy fresh milk tofu.

Stir eggs well and set aside.

To paste the milk tofu, wrap it with eggs first.

Then wrap it in a layer of flour, preferably thicker.

It will be fried below, and remove it when both sides are golden brown.

Add a small amount of water first, then add sugar to prevent the sugar from getting burnt.

The most important thing is the heat of boiling the sugar. After boiling the sugar, add the fried milk tofu, turn off the heat and stir to evenly distribute the sugar. Serve the pot.
