Steps for stir-fried garlic

1
Wash the purchased flower nails and place them in a basin, add some water (as long as it is slightly below the flower nails, do not put too much water), sprinkle some salt in the water, and let it sit for about half an hour to let the flower nails spit out sand.2
Preparation of ingredients: Wash the red peppers and green peppers and cut them into small pieces, peel and chop the garlic, slice or shred the ginger, and cut the shallot and coriander into cubes.3
Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, wash the flower shells and pour in them. The lid and simmer for 3 minutes. You can see that the shells of the flower shells will open. Turn off the heat, pour the manna into clean water, wash it, drain it and set aside.
4
Add ginger and garlic in a hot pot with cold oil and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the drained garlic and stir-fry, add the green and red peppers, stir fry, add the seasonings in turn: salt, soy sauce, pepper, chicken essence, and oil consumption. Finally, add diced coriander and chopped green onion, collect the juice over high heat and serve on a plate.

The next step is to gorge it down, which tastes very home-cooked, and improve it next time.
