I changed it with the bean paste bread recipe I saw here. The first test was very successful, but the baking sheet was a little crowded. I could have made it better. Keep working hard next time!

Steps for Pork floss roll

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine except butter, meat floss, and black sesame seeds, select the dough spreading procedure, and start kneading.

Put the kneaded dough back into the bread maker, continue using the dough spreading process, and ferment for an hour until the dough rises to 2 to 2.5 times its original size

After the dough is deflated, divide it into 8 small balls, knead it round, place it in a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 15 minutes.

Brush a layer of oil on the dough sheet, then evenly sprinkle with the meat floss, roll it from top to bottom. When rolling, be careful to wrap it to both sides and roll it into an awl shape.

The process of kneading and breaking dough is quite physical. Haha, I found that the bread machine is still not smart enough, and it still needs to be carried out manually when necessary. The dough needs to be beaten a lot to have strength, and the bread can be more delicious! The baking plate is a little small, which caused the last fermentation to be a little crowded. It should have been able to make it more fluffy, so learn from the experience next time.
