Steps for toast pudding

Soak the raisins in orange juice until soft, remove, drain, and set aside; pour the milk and cream into the pan to boil, cool until warm, add the whole egg and mix well.

Then sift to make pudding liquid.

Slice the bread and line into a baking bowl.

Pour in the pudding liquid until it is about 8 minutes full, and let stand for 5 minutes until the bread fully absorbs the pudding liquid.

Sprinkle with raisins and bake in the oven. Baking: (Time and temperature are for reference only, please adjust according to the temper of your own oven) 150 degrees, 55-60 minutes.
