Steps for Steamed dumplings with leek and egg

Put the flour into a container and slowly stir with boiling water until it becomes cotton wool.

Mix into dough and simmer for a while.

Wash the leeks, control the moisture, and cut them into pieces for later use.

Put the oil in a hot pan and heat it up, knock the eggs into a bowl and sprinkle them, and pour them into the pan.

Scramble the eggs until done, remove them from the pan, and place them in a container to cool and set aside.
