Cut into small pieces of flower gum and soak in cold water overnight. Put cold water in the pan to bring to a boil, blanch the chicken and flower glue, and rinse well with cold water.

Cut the ginseng into small pieces, put the wolfberry fruit and flower gum in the stew cup.

Put the chicken into the stew cup and add some water.

Cover and place in the saucepan.
