Steps for Spinach egg soup

Wash the spinach and put it in a boiling water pot to make soup.

Remove it, cool it too well, squeeze out the water, and place it into a plate for later use.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and place them in a bowl for later use. Cut the green onions and ginger into powder for later use.

Put the oil in a hot pan and heat it, saute the chopped chives and ginger, and pour in the tomato slices.

Stir fry evenly, pour in water, add refined salt, and five-spice powder.

After stir-fry evenly, add in the spinach and stir fry evenly.

After boiling, add the beaten egg liquid.
