Steps for braised pork

1
I bought a small piece of pork belly at Wal-Mart. It was less than 300g. Because it was my first time to make it, so it was a little try. The first step is to wash the meat and put it in the pot. Pour water over the pork and turn on high heat. Cook it, after boiling again, skim off the floating foam, then cook for another 15 minutes, remove the boiled meat and let it cool, cut the cooled pork into small pieces, and the broth can be used to make another dish

When cooking the meat, prepare the seasonings. There is no star anise at home or cooking wine, so we use red wine. There is also soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of rock sugar, 2 small pieces of spring onion, 2 pieces of ginger, 2 pieces of water, a little salt.
3
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the frying pan and heat it, add the pork and stir fry for 5 minutes, stir-fry the oil and serve it out. Pay attention to this step. It is best to use a non-stick pan, and the fire must be low to avoid frying the meat or frying the meat., stir-fry the meat until it is dry and firewood. This time I made this mistake ~

After the meat and oil are taken out, there is no need to wash the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of water, pour in white sugar and 1 or 2 pieces of rock sugar. When the sugar gradually melts and turns into bubbles, add the stir-fried pork and stir fry twice, then Pour in soy sauce and cooking wine, stir for 2 minutes
5
Pour the meat into the pot (there is no casserole at home, so just finish it in one pot), add onions, ginger, if there is star anise, etc., then pour half a cup of water to soak the meat in the soup, add a little salt, cover the lid and simmer over low heat, for 45 minutes to 1 hour ~

Because I used a pan and cooked less meat, I didn't use much seasoning. The meat was stewed for about 20 minutes, and I turned each piece over, so that the meat colored with soy sauce and rock sugar was deeper and the dishes were more beautiful. Haha ~

Finally, sprinkle with a little green shallots, remove from the pot and serve on a plate!
