Home-cooked eggplant
By JeffBorer
I like eating eggplant very much, but I am reluctant to cook it because it costs oil and takes a long time to stir-fry. I learned a way to save fuel this time, so I will try it once. That is, peel and cut the eggplant into pieces, marinate it with salt, and squeeze it to remove the water. It's true, it doesn't absorb oil at all, but the stir-frying time has not changed. Haha ~ As long as it is as good!
