Steps for Crispy and spicy chicken

Look at the ingredients

Remove the bones from the pipa legs.

Cut the chicken leg into pieces, marinate with cooking wine, starch, and salt for 10 minutes.

Fry peeled peanuts until yellow and remove for later use.
