    1. Wash the beans, remove the tendons, break them into small pieces, and drain the water; the length can be determined according to personal preference. I usually fold them into 5-8 cm pieces ~ restaurants also have the practice of cutting them into small pieces about 1 cm.

    3. Cut the pork into dice; you can also buy meat filling and meat paste directly. I use the meat used for other dishes to cut it into dice and make do ~

    4. Put the oil in the frying pan (slightly more than usual), turn on high heat, and add the beans and stir fry. This dish is more oil and labor intensive.

    5. Wait until the water in the beans comes out, turn wrinkled and have dark spots on them. Serve out. During this process, you need to stir fry constantly, because stir-frying takes a certain amount of time to burn out the water. You can cover the lid for a while, then open and stir fry, cover again, and then open and stir fry several times, so that stir-frying is more uniform and avoid burning the beans.

    9. It's ready to go. This dish can be appropriately added with a little more salt. First, it is a heavy dish, and secondly, the beans don't taste too salty. Although it was the first mistake, it was still relatively successful. Sprinkle flowers!
