Taiwan Soju Chicken
What I make is soju chicken for three people, and the ingredients can be adjusted according to my own requirements.

Steps for Taiwan Soju Chicken

Wash the chicken and blanch it, then cut it into Chen Zhengzhuang for later use; wash the green onions and cut it into slices for later use.

Put a bottle and a half of rice wine into the boiling pot, then open the Taiwanese soju chicken gravy bag, take out the ingredients and rinse them with clear water. Then soak in rice wine with black dates and wolfberry for 20 minutes.

Put oil in a wok and saute the ginger slices and green onions, then add the chicken pieces and saute slightly.

After 20 minutes, bring the ingredients soaked in rice wine to a boil.

After boiling the ingredients, add Chen Zheng, water, and the remaining rice wine, and then you can start boiling!

After about 50 minutes, a pot of fragrant soju chicken will come out!!
