Wash and drain fresh basil leaves (preferably with a salad spinner).

Peel the garlic and rub the cheese into powder.

Put all the prepared ingredients into a blender and break them.

After breaking the mud, put it into a bottle of about 200ml. If you don't eat it immediately, it's best to use a sealed bottle with a lid.

Add 150ml of olive oil. If you don't finish it immediately, top it up with olive oil, cover it and store without air. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 2-3 weeks.

Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions. Don't pour the water.
