    Cut the ribs cleanly, cut them into pieces, add ginger slices, oil consumption, a little soy sauce, salt,(if you like spicy food, add some dried peppers), and a little cooking wine; marinate for about ten minutes!

Finally, when you are about to start the pan, add lemon juice.
