cabbage meatball soup

I really like to add onions when cooking, especially fried meat and stews, to freshen up a lot. I like to saute half of the shredded onions first and leave half before putting them out of the pan. The taste is more delicious ~~~

Tear cabbage leaves into small pieces and wash them.

Help cut cabbage into strips and wash it.

Get the meatballs ready. It was frozen in the refrigerator I used and thawed in advance.

Chop the onions.

Saute half of the chopped onions and soy sauce in a frying pan until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir fry until it is broken.

Add cabbage leaves and stir fry until tender.

Add the meatballs, add salt, and stir fry well.

Cover the lid and bring to a boil, simmer slowly until soup comes out.

Sprinkle with the remaining chopped onions and remove them from the pan.
