Fried pork slices with wild pepper seedlings
By CaroleTorp
The wild pepper seedlings were picked by my mother. When they were picked, they were blanched with water and dried in the sun. When eating, they were soaked in stir-fried meat or mixed cold. They all taste very good. I prefer the taste of dried vegetables.
