Steps for Red yeast qi feng

After separating the egg yolk from the egg white, add 15 grams of sugar, orange juice and salad oil to the egg yolk and stir well.

Sieve in the powder.

In an irregular manner, stir up and down like a stir-fry, stir the batter well, and set aside the stirred egg yolk batter.

Add 50 grams of white sugar to the egg white in three portions and beat until firm and frothy. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Mix 1/3 of the egg white with egg yolk batter.

Stir well in the same way as before.

Then pour the evenly stirred batter into the remaining egg whites, stir evenly in the same irregular way, and shake it vigorously a few times to shake off the large bubbles in the batter.

Pour the stirred batter into a clean mold.

Put in the preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes, turn to 150 degrees for another 30 minutes. Bake for about 20 minutes and cover with tinfoil.
