Kimchi () is a kind of kimchi that Koreans like to eat very much. It is extremely simple to make. It tastes sour and sweet and refreshing. Especially in the hot summer, a bowl of iced kimchi can be said to be a great enjoyment ~ When going out to eat barbecue, I often give some refreshing kimchi to relieve the grease?     Put carrot slices into a large basin and add appropriate amount of water.(If you like to drink kimchi soup, you can put more. I put about half of the basin because I didn't have a container after making it).

    Add appropriate amount of salt, white sugar, and white vinegar to season. The taste is a little sweet and sour, just like the usual sweet and sour taste at home, which can be lighter than that. After seasoning, leave it at room temperature for 24 hours. After marinating and tasting, you can put it into boxes and store it in the refrigerator.
