    Cut the loofah into slices, beat the eggs, and set aside with garlic, ginger and onion.

    Put oil in the pan and heat it up, saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant, add loofah and stir-fry (add a little water to stir-fry), add eggs to stir-fry before cooking, add salt and oyster sauce before taking out of the pan, and add chopped green onion to decorate.
