Because I like pasta, because I am strong, and because I have a straightforward character, I am often mistaken for a northern girl. In fact, I want to say that I am really a southern girl.
This is the first time I posted on the World of Food. I hope everyone can learn from each other ~~

Steps for oil sprinkled noodles

1
Mix dough with warm water, blend into a smooth dough, and let stand for 15 minutes. (Pay attention to the "three lights" when mixing noodles: face light, hand light, and basin light)
2
Minced onions and garlic for use.
3
Rub the resting dough again, then cut into noodles as thick as chopsticks, roll it into long strips with a rolling pin, and gently pull it with your hands. The noodles will become longer and softer. Be careful to sprinkle with flour after cutting into strips before rolling, otherwise it will stick together.
4
Put the rolled noodles in and start cooking. During the cooking process, pay attention to stirring with chopsticks to avoid sticking together. After cooking, remove and strain the water, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili powder, and add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and salt.
5
Put the oil in the pan, saute the onion and minced garlic together until fragrant, and pour on the surface.
6
Sprinkle some paprika powder and chopped green onion on the cooked surface, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and balsamic vinegar, and add oil.
