Steps for Stewed ribs with radish

1
Soak the ribs in clear water for half a day, change the water once in the middle, pour off the blood, and wash for later use.
2
Pour cold water into the iron pan, bring to a boil over high heat, cut the white radish into large pieces, and remove it after boiling the water. Put the ribs in again, add a little cooking wine, blanch for a short time, and remove.
3
Start another oil pan, add ginger slices and saute until fragrant, and add the hot pork ribs.
4
Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
5
Add straw and soy sauce to color, and stir fry over medium to medium heat for five minutes.
6
Wait until the oil in the ribs has slightly drained out, pour in half a pot of hot water (over the ribs), bring to a boil over high heat, then add the spring onions, cover the lid, and simmer for one hour over low heat.
7
Pour the white radish into the pan, add oyster sauce and salt, and turn to medium to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes.
8
When the soup is thick, add two spoonfuls of white sugar (brown sugar is better) and chicken essence, and cook for another five minutes before serving.
