Homemade tofu

I was excited to see others making tofu themselves. I always feel that the tofu in the supermarket market is not made of beans and it is not delicious at all. Make it yourself. There is no lactone, only white vinegar. Let's see how it goes?

Steps for Homemade tofu

The soaked soybeans took seven to eight hours.

Put it in the cooking machine and grind it into soy milk.

Filter out the bean dregs.

Bring the filtered soy milk to a boil and cook for another 8 minutes over medium to medium heat.

5 minutes after turning off the heat, start to add vinegar, add in portions, stirring while adding.

Stirring, water came out from the top, the soy milk turned over, and stopped stirring.

Prepare the steaming compartment above the rice cooker and cover it with a drawer cloth.

Pour the bean curd into the drawer cloth, and the water flows out by itself

Wrap the drawer and cloth together.

Find a basin with a slightly smaller bottom similar to the steaming compartment of a rice cooker, press it on, and find a heavy object to press it.

An hour later, the water was almost filtered, and the drawer cloth was lifted.

Remove the slices, and the tofu is successful!
