Steps for Sauteed fish with scallion

Wash the ink fountain fish and blanch it in water and cut it into sections for later use (put boiling water into the pan, roll up the ink fountain and fish it out), and cut other ingredients into sections for later use.

Add oil to the pan with shredded ginger and garlic slices and stir the pan. Add the spring onions, add pepper powder and sugar to cook the cooking wine.

Add in the ink fountain fish and shredded green pepper, stir fry and add salt to taste.

Drizzle with water starch and sprinkle with parsley and remove from the pan.
