Steps for Soft pumpkin pie

A piece of pumpkin.

Peel the pumpkin, wash it and cut it into pieces, place it in a pan and steam it.

Press the steamed pumpkin with a spoon until it is shredded.

Add glutinous rice flour and salt.

Beat each egg, scoop a small spoonful of batter, and wrap it in a layer of egg liquid.

Brush the bottom of the pot with a thin layer of oil, add the pumpkin paste wrapped in the egg liquid and fry it over low heat.
