Steps for Braised pork with dried vegetables

Ingredients: pork, cabbage, dried ginger, shallot, star anise seasoning: chicken essence, powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce

Dry the cabbage beforehand and soak it fully in warm water before cutting it into sections for later use. Add salt to marinate the pork for a while.
