Steps for Braised pork with tofu bamboo

1
Ingredients: Yuba skin, pork minced and fish minced.
2
Prepare white, green, ginger and shallot.
3
Mix pork minced and fish minced with cured meat ingredients and mix well.
4
Add 1 tsp tapioca starch and stir until it is gelatinized, leave and marinate for 15 minutes.
5
Soak the yuba skin before soft, take a piece of yuba skin and spread it out.
6
Add appropriate amount of trapping material. Use starch to wipe the rotten skin to make it easy to stick and not open.
7
Fold the left and right sides inward, and then roll up the front end.
8
Add water to the pan and bring to a boil. Add recipe (7) and steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
9
Take out the steamed yuba stuffed meat and set aside.
10
Heat the pan, add a small amount of heat, and carefully place the fermented pork with yuba into the pan. Fry over high heat until golden on both sides.
11
Add ginger slices and spring onion segments and stir-fry.
12
Pour in the prepared sauce.
13
Bring to a boil over strong heat, then transfer to low heat and cook slowly. Turn the dough carefully and cook the other side.
14
High fire causes it to quickly color and absorb juice and taste. (Don't cook it too long because the fermented pork is already steamed)
15
