Margaret Biscuits
There was an event at my daughter's school on Halloween. The children wanted to bring some snacks back to share with them, so they made some cookies at home. I've been so busy recently that I don't have time to make any seasonal food. I come back on Sunday night while cooking and making dough. The kitchen is really a mess.

Steps for Margaret Biscuits

1
Sift through low-gluten flour, corn starch, and set aside. Crush cooked egg yolks and sieve.
2
Soften the butter, add sugar and beat with an egg beater until white and fluffy.
3
Add egg yolks.
4
Beat well with an egg beater.
5
Pour in the flour.
6
Grip and knead into a ball with your fingers, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
7
Take a small piece of dough, knead it into a small ball, and press it in the middle with your thumb, and cracks will appear.
8
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C, put the cookies in and bake for 15-20 minutes. (Just turn the edges slightly yellow. The oven temperatures vary, and the time must be adjusted as needed.)
9
Very simple biscuits, crisp and delicious.
