Natural two-color steamed buns

I bought a few purple potatoes in the supermarket yesterday, and today I made this natural two-color steamed bun for my baby without adding any additives or pigments! Giving it to your baby is healthy and safe!

Steps for Natural two-color steamed buns

Then roll it up.

Cut into evenly cut pieces.

Put cold water in the pan and steam for 20 minutes.

Take a small bowl of warm water at about 35 degrees C, add yeast and sugar to melt, then pour into the flour, knead into a smooth dough, cover or plastic wrap and make it twice as big and into a honeycomb shape.

Peel and steam the purple potatoes under water, then twist into purple potato paste.

Fermentation as above and knead into dough

Knead the two dough into long strips and cut them into small balls of similar size

Then roll the two dough into oval shapes

Purple potatoes themselves have little water, so you can steam with a few drops of water
