Steps for whole wheat toast

Mix all of Material A, stir into a dough, and ferment it basically twice the size. (I left it in the refrigerator for 20 hours).

Mix all the fermented dough with Material B and stir until slightly smooth. Add Material C unsalted butter and stir until you can pull out large slices of dough. Fermentation twice to twice the size.

Divide the dough into three equal parts, round, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 15 minutes.
