I fell in love with mousse cakes this year, so I went crazy about making a variety of mousse cakes ~~, various fruit mousse cakes
So I took advantage of my cousin's birthday to make a beautiful cake to surprise her!!

Take 1/3 of the mango paste and freeze it into a hard mass. The remaining 2/3 of the mango paste is added to the cheese paste and the cream is beaten until 6- 7%. Mix the cheese paste and the beaten cream, then add the melted fish film and mix well to form a mousse paste.
