"Laosan" originated in Dalian and is popular in Northeast China. People who originally lived along the coast of Dalian liked to put fresh and fat seafood freshly caught by fishermen, put it in slightly salty boiling water and boil it until it was just dead, and then add it with homemade seasonings and other ingredients. They ate while fishing, and chatted about leisure and leisure in the vast sea and sky while eating. Later, people called this seafood eating method "laosan", which is quite popular in the local area and even in Northeast China.
Features of "Saucai": Natural mineral water and a variety of mixed juices are used to make a composite juice-type Saucai juice. After preliminary treatment, various raw materials and soup are put into the refrigerator and chilled. The taste of the dishes is fresh and salty, moderate sweet and sour but slightly spicy, which makes people's appetite open. Because they are full of juice, they are chilled until cool, adding a hint of coolness to the seafood people in summer.
It's already early winter. Today, I want to make a simple fishing and mixing method that suits my family's taste. Everyone is welcome to taste it!
