Steps for Fish balls, slices, radish soup

Wash half of the white radish and peel it, 6 fish balls, and a small bag of fried garlic.

Cut the white radish into small strips.

Slice pork and cut celery into sections.

The lard melted in the pan.

Add carrot strips and stir fry.

Stir fry for a while, add a tablespoon of water, cover and bring to a boil.

Bring to the boil for two or three minutes, add the cross-cut fish balls and fried garlic.

The fish balls are expanded and season with salt.

Add the meat slices and continue cooking.

Cook for another two or three minutes and add celery.
