Chicken soup with American ginseng

I just bought a casserole yesterday that can be used on the induction cooker. Today, I want to make chicken soup. It's really good!

This is a casserole I just bought and can be used on the induction cooker.

Half of the chicken, cut the chicken legs and chicken wings, cut the rest into large pieces, and wash.

Put all the chicken nuggets into the casserole.

Fill the pan with water.

Add ginger slices and adjust to the "soup" position.

Pour appropriate amount of American ginseng slices into the pan.
