Steps for Non-spicy version of Kung Pao Chicken

Minced onions, ginger and garlic.

stir-fry the peanuts and peel them.

Dice the chicken, mix well with salt, white pepper, and soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.

Soy sauce, starch, vinegar, starch, cooking wine, add a little onion, ginger, minced garlic and water, stir well to form seasoning juice.

Cook diced chicken in hot and oily pan. Put it out for later use.

Add oil to the pan and saute the onions, ginger and minced garlic until fragrant.

Add seasoning juice and simmer over low heat to thicken.
