Shredded radish meatball
By KylaReinger
Meatballs are actually very versatile. As long as you mix the ingredients well, marinate them, steam them, fry them or bake them in the oven. I chose steamed plain, so the calories are lower and the steamed meatballs are tender and juicy.

Steps for Shredded radish meatball

1
Prepare materials.
2
Add shredded pork and chop. (Repeat it several times, and it is better to chop it until the glue is peeled)
3
Shred radish.
4
Mix shredded radish with pork, beat hard, and add salt, sugar, pepper and soy sauce to taste.
5
Add a few drops of sesame oil.
6
Add 1 spoonful of starch and mix well. (Radish has a lot of moisture, so you don't need to use starch water. If the ingredients are very dry, add a little water)
7
I made 9 meatballs of the same size.
8
Garnish with medlar and steam for about 20 minutes.
