Steps for Ribs and cabbage soup

Wash the ribs, soak them to remove blood and put them into an electric pressure cooker. Add onion and ginger pieces and pepper powder. Add water to cover the ribs, and turn the knob to "soup".

Cut the cabbage into sections first (use the upper half of the cabbage leaves for soup, and keep the lower cabbage for filling).

Wash the cabbage.

Cut the cabbage into sections.

After depressurizing the electric pressure cooker, pour the ribs and soup into the wok.

Put the chopped cabbage segments into a wok and stew.

Add salt and sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil (not too much!) The seasoning was out of the pan. I love pepper so I added a little. Depending on personal preference.

Add coriander grown in a flower pot ~~
