Wheat germ meal bag

The bread at home has never been broken. I want to make it every day, but I am addicted to it, especially at night. I am very energetic and always want to knead the dough. The wheat germ I bought two days ago had not been used up, so I put it into the flour to make a germ bun for breakfast. It's nutritious and delicious.

Steps for Wheat germ meal bag

Place high flour, whole wheat flour, wheat germ, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.

Add the eggs. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, then pour the yeast water into the powder. After oil kneading to the expansion stage.

Leave it in a warm place and wake up to 2.5 times the size.

Divide it evenly into nine parts. Each serving is about 50 grams. Relax for about 15 minutes.
