Stewed shrimp with loofah

Steps for Stewed shrimp with loofah

Peel and wash the loofah for later use.

Thaw shrimps, wash and drain.

Cut the shaved loofah into a hob shape.

Cut the ginger and garlic into pieces.

Heat the oil in a hot pan and add the shrimp.

Add the shrimps and stir-fry until they change color, put the shrimps aside, add the ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
