My good friend likes to order a cheese baked mashed potato every time she goes to pizzahut. She said that this mashed potato tastes like pizzahut, haha!

Step 1: Steam the potatoes, peel them, mash them, and filter them.

Step 2: Cut the bacon into small pieces, add butter into the pan, melt it over low heat, and saute the bacon until fragrant, about 3 minutes, let the bacon soak in the oil, add basil leaves and saute for 1 minute.
