This oatmeal shortcake is fragrant, crispy, and is really delicious. The recipe is based on the "thin gray" one. Next time I make it, I will add more ingredients to feel even more delicious.

Steps for oatmeal crackers

Add the soft sugar to the salad oil and stir well.

Add the egg mixture and stir well.

Add oatmeal and stir well.

Sieve in low flour and baking powder.

Stir well and refrigerate for half an hour.

Remove and knead into small balls, press flat, and spread on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes. After coloring, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
