Sometimes I can make do with eating alone at noon. Kimchi and hot sauce were brought back when I traveled to South Korea. I made bibimbap several times. The fried rice is very popular among my family. There is only a little kimchi left. I sealed it and stored it in the refrigerator. I found it when cleaning the refrigerator yesterday, and it became a meal on my plate at noon.
This kimchi fried rice can be regarded as authentic Korean food!^_^
