Um ~~ Actually, our family calls this doughnut ~~ It's also called salty food ~~ I think everyone among gourmets calls it ~~~ The names are different, and the recipes are roughly the same ~~ You can call it whatever you like ~~ Delicious is the king, right?

- diced green onion appropriate amount
- water appropriate amount
- salt appropriate amount
- chicken essence appropriate amount
Steps for Small salty food with onion flavor

Prepare the ingredients, cut the shallot into the ground and set aside.

Add the flour into the bowl, add the chopped green onion, chicken essence and salt.

Add warm water. (You can add an egg for more nutrients.)

Mix it into a thinner paste.

Brush oil in a small frying pan, heat over low heat, and pour in a spoonful of dough.
