Steps for Steamed bream

Clean the bream and cut a one-centimeter-wide knife pattern on the fish body.

Marinate the rowed fish with ginger, green onions, beer, and salt for 20 minutes.

Slice the remaining green onions and ginger and place them one by one in the cut gap.

Lay a layer of ginger and green onions on the bottom of the fish steaming plate.
