One of my favorite dishes when I was a child. At that time, oil had to be supplied in a monthly ration. It was quite extravagant to be able to eat oil. Just such a simple stir-fry can bring good memories.

Steps for Onion and potato chips

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces

Peel the onions one by one, cut them into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the frying pan, ignite the fire, and add the potato slices when it is 60% hot.

Fry until golden brown and remove.
