Steps for Japanese tea bowl steaming

Break the eggs one by one and sieve them.2
Add a basic equal amount of milk, add a little shredded shrimp meat, and season with a little salt.3
Cover a small bowl with plastic wrap and steam on a steamer for about 10 minutes.4
When basically setting, put shrimp, shredded carrots and broccoli on the egg custard and make it look like you like.5
Continue to steam for 5 minutes, remove from the pan, add a little light soy sauce to season.
