Steps for grilled egg

First mix sugar, salt, scallop, and soy sauce with water, and add them to the beaten egg mixture.

Brush the pan with a little salad oil and warm it up (only turn on low heat throughout the process!) Pour in a spoonful of egg liquid, slowly shake the pan until the egg liquid covers the bottom of the pan, use chopsticks and spatula to help roll the egg skin, roll it as tightly as possible, and push it aside.
