Shredded pork and pickled mustard

Shred the meat, shredded mustard (we call it mustard here) Shred green onion and ginger.2
After the oil is hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it is slightly burnt. Then add shredded green onion, shredded ginger, and pickled mustard tuber. Stir well, add some cooking wine, soy sauce to season (soy sauce can be omitted) and you can add a spoonful of sugar (teaspoon).
