Peel the lettuce and cut it into thin threads. Set aside.

Cut the green and red peppers into thin strips, add them to boiling water and blanch them, remove them and place them on a plate for later use.

Remove the oil pan, add a few pepper grains, saute until fragrant, turn off the heat, and fish out the pepper grains.

Pour the fried Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil into the scalded shredded lettuce.

Add 1 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, and 1 tsp salt to taste
