Steps for noodles with bean

Pour the soy sauce and bean paste into a bowl (what I make is for one person, you can control it according to the amount of dough), add the right amount of water and stir evenly; cut the onions and garlic into pieces for later use, wash and shred the cucumbers, and shred the lean pork for later use.

Pour more cooking oil into a wok than stir-frying. After the oil is heated, add the prepared shredded green onions and stir fry for about half a minute.

Pour in the minced pork and stir fry until color changes and raw.

Then pour in the prepared sauce, turn to low heat and stir slowly for 5 minutes (preferably to produce a thick sticky sauce), and serve for later use.

Cook noodles.

After cooking, immerse the noodles in cold boiling water to wash out the heat.

Remove and serve in a bowl.

Sprinkle shredded cucumber and minced garlic on the noodles, add super fried sauce and stir well. (You can also add some vinegar)
