Steps for sweet and sour pork

Select the good pork tenderloin, slice it, and place it in a bowl. Set aside.

In the bowl containing the fillet slices, add egg liquid, water starch, and flour, grab well, and marinate for more than ten minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the meat slices in turn.

Fry until crispy (I fry it twice) and remove it.

Put cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, salt, chopped onions and ginger, water starch, and a little hot water (broth is better) in a bowl, mix well and blend into a juice.

Leave the oil at the bottom of the pot and add the blended juice.

Pour in the meat slices and stir fry, hang the sauce evenly, sprinkle with sesame oil and serve out of the pan.
